IT Asset Manager

Our growing company is looking for a professional and dynamic IT Asset Manager for our corporate headquarters, located in Bunnell, FL.  In this role, the IT Asset Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees of our entities operating in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and New Mexico.

  • Develops and maintains overall control and accuracy of asset management systems, including systems for tracking hardware, software and mobile devices

  • Develops and manages hardware and software refresh plan for organization

  • Pro-actively verifies the accuracy of all asset tracking entries for the organization

  • Optimizes and seeks continuous improvements of assets to include contract negotiation, purchasing and reviewing leasing options

  • Verifies the receipt of assets and maintains copies of applicable documentation for the organization, and coordinates on the final decisions and shipment for all assets

  • Ensures availability of equipment to IT team for provision of laptops, mobile devices and peripherals to new hires

  • Coordinates assets and assists with new hire onboarding locally for deployment of computers and peripherals

  • Coordinates completion of device repairs and processes previously used devices to assess for re-use or replacement

  • Supports IT team in helpdesk responsibilities as needed to include triage and handling of tickets

  • Maintains excellent communication with members of the IT team and all end-users

  • Works with third-party vendors for project support/advanced technical support as needed

  • Conducts demonstrations or training sessions to address end-user training needs

  • Remote monitoring and support with some travel as needed

  • Completes special projects as requested


  • Experience in inventory, tracking and deployment of hardware, software and mobile devices
  • Database administration (SQL)
  • Proven record of accomplishment in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office suite expertise
  • Experience in supporting a multi-site environment
  • Preferred experience in telecommunications and network administration
  • Preferred experience in desktop support
