Master Planned Community
Sienna Plantation is one of Houston’s oldest and largest master planned communities. The 7,000-acre community includes over 5,200 homes and an expanding commercial development at the community’s entrance. The goal at Sienna Plantation is to create and maintain a beautiful and inviting community - one in which all residents are proud to feel at home. One of Sienna’s oldest partners in achieving this goal is Yellowstone Landscape. When the current vision for the development was just taking shape in 1994, Yellowstone was there to care for the community’s trees - installing and nurturing them year after year, as the development has grown over the past 20 years.
Sienna Parkway is the main boulevard leading in and out of the community off Texas 6. The parkway is lined with trees, installed and maintained by Yellowstone, adding to the sense of a rich natural environment in the community. The community also takes great pride in other features such as lakes, parks and a trail along four miles of Brazos River frontage. The development includes a 160-acre sports complex, an 18-hole championship golf course, water parks and recreational centers that feature an amphitheater and a fitness room.
I wanted to express my thanks in making sure the Sienna’s trees looked their best in time for the tour. Please let your staff know that they did an amazing job and we really appreciate their services.
