Challenges
This upscale club is social with a capital “S”. Countless events mean there are often scheduling challenges to perform regular landscape maintenance. Not only that, but the heavy foot traffic is a threat to the beautiful turf and plants in the garden areas. Timing means everything with turf and plant care, so these two issues can present real dilemmas.
As for environmental concerns, look no further than the difficult weather patterns, soil and salt air that come with being located on Tampa Bay. Heavy rainfall can diminish plant health via excess moisture. Add to that, Tampa’s soil is typically very sandy, which is not ideal for many plant species.
